Shipping
Do
not assume all orders will be shipped immediately. Most orders are
shipped within 1-2 business days if items are in stock. Custom
products that made per order usually require additional lead-time for
delivery. If an item is out of stock you will notified.
RS Distributing can not guarantee ship times on products that are dropped shipped from venders.
Some specialty order items may require longer lead-time depending on manufacturer's production schedule and location.
Returns
RS Distributing will accept for return or exchange product purchased from us directly within 30 days of invoice date. You must phone RS Distributing and get a return authorization number before returning any item. We will not accept for return any customer specific built components or items that have been used, modified or disassembled. RS Distributing reserves the right to refuse any returned items that can not be sold for "NEW". You will receive credit for parts only. We do not credit shiping charges. Any and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the retail price.
If a part that is dropped shipped to you from one of RS Distributing 's venders and it arrives defective or damaged, you must make a claim with that manufacturer directly to arrange for replacement of damaged product. You may call us to obtain a phone number for the manufacturer.
Orders that are shipped and refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the retail price and all shipping costs incurred.
Lost or Damaged Shippment
RS Distributing will not ship any item until payment terms are satisfied. Terms are
either prearranged credit terms, credit card, or UPS COD (cashiers
check or cerified funds). RS Distributing will not charge a credit card until an
item ships, with the exception of drop shipments from other
