Fabtech 4" Performance System

Our 4” and 6” Performance System uses a combination of I-beam drop brackets, double tube plated extended radius arm that are offset inboard for increased tire clearance, front coil springs, designed specifically for gas or diesel trucks, front and rear Performance Shocks, sway bar drop brackets, alignment cams and a block kit to lift up the rear.
