Back in 1990 Fabtech Suspension started making one of the first lift systems available for 2WD Chevrolet C1500 trucks. Within several years, multiple suspension systems were available. Following Chevrolet's complete redesign of the Silverado / Sierra suspension in 1999, Fabtech has again produced some of the finest suspension systems, taking advantage of the performance capabilities built into the newer Silverado / Sierra Trucks.
